The authors upload their presentations to our web server. As soon as the presentations are uploaded, we convert them to Adobe PDF format and post them on the final site.

The conference organizing committee creates a list of sessions which will comprise the conference. Once the final assignments of all the papers are complete and forwarded to us, we create the final web site and allow all the authors to verify all entries related to them. Any corrections are made as necessary.

We have been producing the conferece web sites and accompanying CD ROMs since 1995. Note that the look and feel of the site is always decided by the conference organizers - we strictly follow your instructions, always using your images, color scheme etc.
